Who we are
We are a dedicated team of environmental professionals and activists from across the state. The healing of our environment is our top priority, which is why we organize under the Democratic Party to elect officials that will bring a brighter future to the state of Michigan.
What is a caucus?
A caucus is a group within the Michigan Democratic Party dedicated to a specific constituency. At the Environmental Caucus, we work with party leaders and elected officials to provide environmental services such as environmental education, environmental policy advisory, and recycling at party events. The caucus provides a forum for activists to share and discuss the issues.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to engage Michigan Citizens to be guardians of our water, land, air, and biospheres for the optimal public health of all.
We will achieve this through environmental education, mitigation of human pollution, restoration of ecosystems, and promotion of environmental preservation policies.
